Itinerary
Day 1: Embark in Aswan – Uncover the Timeless Charms of the South
Upon arrival at Aswan Airport or the railway station, you will be met and assisted, then driven by private air-conditioned vehicle to your Nile cruise to begin the journey. Once you arrive, start discovering Aswan’s highlights with a visit to the Aswan High Dam, a modern landmark that reshaped Egypt’s irrigation and water-control system.
Next, continue to the Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis and beautifully set on Agilika Island. The temple complex was moved here to protect it from flooding after the dam was built, and its elegant columns and carved reliefs offer a vivid look into ancient Egyptian religious art.
After finishing the visits, check in on board. Enjoy lunch on the cruise and take time to unwind as you settle into life on the river. In the evening, dinner is served on board as the Nile scenery glows at sunset.

Day 2: Kom Ombo and Edfu – A Journey into Ancient Temples
After breakfast on board, the cruise continues sailing toward Luxor, with today’s program focused on two of the Nile’s most fascinating temple sites. Begin with Kom Ombo Temple, a distinctive double temple honoring two deities: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon god. Its unique design includes twin entrances, halls, and sanctuaries, while the carved walls depict scenes of ancient life and sacred traditions.
Return to the ship and continue sailing, enjoying lunch on board with views of the riverbanks and rural landscapes. Later, arrive at Edfu to visit the Temple of Horus, widely regarded as one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt. Dedicated to the falcon-headed god, it stands out for its impressive layout and finely detailed reliefs.
After the tour, head back to the cruise for dinner, and spend the night docked in Edfu.

Day 3: Luxor West Bank – Into the Heart of Ancient Thebes
Enjoy breakfast on board before setting out to Luxor’s West Bank, where the monuments of ancient Thebes reveal the power and beliefs of Egypt’s pharaohs. Start at the Valley of the Kings, the royal cemetery where tombs were cut deep into the cliffs. Walk through selected tombs and admire the vivid paintings that illustrate royal rituals, the afterlife, and the world of the gods.
Continue to the Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, a striking mortuary temple built against the dramatic limestone cliffs. As you explore the terraces and colonnades, you’ll see reliefs that recount key moments of her reign, including scenes connected to her divine legitimacy.
Conclude the West Bank visits at the Colossi of Memnon, two monumental seated statues that once guarded a grand temple entrance and remain an iconic sight despite centuries of weathering.
Return to the cruise for lunch on board. The afternoon is at leisure to relax on the sundeck or enjoy the ship’s facilities while the journey continues. Dinner is served in the evening, with an overnight stay docked in Luxor.

Dedicated to Amun, Mut, and Khonsu, the site is celebrated for its immense columns, monumental spaces, sacred lakes, and richly carved inscriptions.
Next, visit Luxor Temple, positioned south of Karnak and linked historically by the Avenue of Sphinxes. Known for its role in major ceremonies and festivals, the temple’s courtyards and statues offer a powerful sense of the grandeur of ancient religious life.
